I loved visiting this place! The staff is extremely kind and helpful and there are always enough people working there. I don’t know much about this place or make up, but I left feeling very knowledgeable. Their products are interesting. I really enjoyed their new silicone blending brush and their perfumes were some of the best I’ve smelled in a while. I’d recommend giving it a try.

Extremely well thought out ε(*´･ω･)з 1~ Only a certain amount of people are allowed inside at a time so it doesn’t feel crowded. 2~ There are many types of tools to try out products and even a sink to wash off once you’re done 3~ Your name is put on your purchase to make it feel very personalized 4~ The entire store is designed like the local subways and is extremely pretty and pink ♡!! 5~ Every single employee was super observant and sweet, and makes sure you’re having a great experience throughout your visit

Our visit to the Glossier store in Soho, New York City, was truly unforgettable! My friends and I came all the way from Puerto Rico—since we don’t have a Glossier store back home—and we were so excited to finally experience it in person. We were lucky to be helped by Tammy Nicole, who made our visit even more special. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. Tammy took the time to show us around the store, introduced us to the trendiest products, and explained everything with great detail. Her attentiveness and caring attitude made us feel so welcomed. Tammy truly represents what great customer service should be. If you ever visit this location, ask for her—you won’t regret it! We’ll definitely go back and hope to see Tammy again. Thank you for making our Glossier experience so memorable!

I’m not the biggest fan of their products, but I really love the store’s interior design and the warmth of the staff. It’s definitely an Instagram-worthy spot! There’s even a restroom available inside, which is super convenient. The shopping experience was relaxed and enjoyable. If you’re in SoHo, this is definitely a place worth checking out!

The flagship location is freaking beautiful. I'd prefer being able to grab products on my own and self check out but I understand if there are security concerns with that. To update my review following some use of the products I got, I will say that (A) The fragrances are very light; if you like bold notes this is not the "fragrance house" for you. (B) The case for my Ultralip is flawed; the cap keeps coming off while the product is in my bag, even when it is completely and properly secured. While the price tag is fair, I find drug store product cases and packaging to be more elegant/ premium. The tones are beautiful though, esp the browns.

Super nice shop in soho! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and we were able to try whatever samples we wanted. We got a mascara in dark brown and lip balm in wild fig. There was an option to get a balm charm with any purchase over $40, so we picked out a small golden sun. Would recommend!

The best!! employees are so nice! I just walked in and a girl helped me out to find my perfect lipstick match! its like a personal shopping experience! it was cool! loved that they had a free picture spot

I had THE BEST experience when I was in New York at this store! I purchased lip balms and got them charmed and got to get a Polaroid photo of myself for the cute passport they had!! Totally recommend! I can’t say how much I love their products! Everyone there was amazing and customer service was top tier! I’m working on my socials right now and would LOVE to work with you guys some day. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

I really love coming here! It’s been a consistently positive experience for me. I’ve brought visitors and they always love it! This last time was especially memorable working with Sarah S.! I came here to celebrate my friends birthday about a year ago, then my sisters, and then recently came here to get myself some makeup to treat myself for my birthday and Sarah just made it such a special experience. She gave really great makeup advice, made me feel so good about myself, and helped me decide between different colors to find what looked best on me. We were the last ones in there and she let us know they’d be closing soon but didn’t make us feel rushed or feel bad! I just really appreciate how kind, knowledgeable, fun, and supportive she was! I hope this location keeps finding employees like her because while of course Glossier on its own is already such a special experience, employees like Sarah can elevate it so much and have you leaving the store feeling so good. I highly recommend coming here!!
